The Goose Creek Opry is a fun family event based on traditional American music. It is held annually on the last weekend in July.The weekend is a family-oriented music festival with a variety of activities, workshops, artisans and food vendors included. Most activities take place near the center of town - in and around the grassy and shaded town park.Campgrounds and motels are located within walking distance with shuttles available. Hosting the event is the Goose Creek Opry Association, an all-volunteer, Washington State Non-Profit organization dedicated to supporting young people entering the fields of music and the arts.The Association supports and hosts other events throughout the year such as, workshops, fund-raisers, public awareness events and coordination with other local festivities.
